What do you do at If U Care Share?

I am an Administration Officer at If U Care Share, supporting the Training Team. I coordinate the day to day admin and ensure that the team are in the correct place at the correct time delivering training sessions both to our local communities and to football clubs country wide.

Why did you join If U Care Share?

When I was looking to return to work after spending time at home with my young children I was looking for a position where I could maintain a healthy work life balance but also use my organisational and administrative skills to add value. I knew from my interview that If U Care Share was where I wanted to be, being part of a team doing everything possible to make a difference.

If you could travel to anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

I was lucky enough to work in travel for many years so have visited some amazing places. But if I could go anywhere in the world now it would be Greek island hopping, to all the remote islands that can only be reached by boat and are not known for mass tourism. I love Greek culture - the people, the food, the climate and the strong family values.

What are some things that make you happy?

Hearing my children giggle together puts a smile on my face as does seeing all the enjoyment that they get from playing/watching/talking everything football!

The beach is my happy place regardless of the weather however a beach in the sun with a good book and cold drink can't be beaten.

What is your favourite biscuit and why?

I'll never say no to biscuit unless it's a fig roll! However, a ginger biscuit covered in thick dark chocolate is my absolute favourite. No one else in my house likes them meaning I can have the packet to myself which is a real treat.
