What do you do at If U Care Share?
I’m the charity’s Corporate Partnerships & Bid Writing Officer – I help secure income streams through grants and charitable partnerships within the fundraising department.
Why did you join If U Care Share?
Growing up in Great Lumley I’ve been aware of the charity since very early on; I’ve seen the amazing work they have done within the local community and further afield. It’s somewhere I’ve always wanted to work and I’m very grateful to be here. I applied for the job because I want to make a difference in the world and give back.
If you could travel to anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
I’d love to go to New Zealand or Australia but have been settling for Austria recently!
What are some things that make you happy?
Design, illustration, snowboarding, crochet, true crime documentaries, my pets, houseplants, pasta (and wine)
What is your favourite biscuit and why?
Custard creme – or going one up with a Fox’s golden crunch cream
