Daniel’s role as an If U Care Share Trustee 

Daniel is a passionate advocate and creative voice for If U Care Share, bringing a unique blend of lived experience, performance and community engagement to his role as a Trustee. Through his work as Miss Rory, the North East’s most recognisable drag queen, Daniel uses creativity and storytelling to connect with diverse audiences; challenging stigma around suicide; and promoting open conversations about identity, wellbeing and mental health. 

With a strong commitment to inclusion and visibility, Daniel has built a platform that encourages people to express themselves authentically while also fostering understanding and acceptance within communities. His ability to engage people in meaningful (and often difficult) conversations makes Daniel a powerful ambassador for change. 

Appointed as a Trustee in 2020, Daniel brings energy, insight and a deep commitment to the charity’s mission; helping to ensure that our work remains accessible, inclusive and responsive to the needs of the people we serve.
