£3 will pay for alternative relaxation and stress relief products.

£4 will pay for a student to be allocated with an Emotional and Mental Health resource pack.

£5 will pay for a gift to comfort a family bereaved by suicide at Christmas.

£7 will pay for an information pack to be created and sent out to a bereaved family.

£25 will pay for one session of aromatherapy massage.

£85 will pay for one session of professional counselling services.
